CEO, Project Manager

Mark Ashton is a graduate of York University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, and Business Administration. He is also a former student of the George Brown College accredited Construction Project Management and Estimating program, and an active member of the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), and Habitat for Humanity.

Mark has developed a renovation company, which addresses the everyday common complaints heard by homeowners: lack of reliability and professionalism, poor workmanship, and improper product installations. From the outset, Mark has developed a clear vision for the business, and sought the best, and most experienced trade contractors. He has also developed a renovation process that works, and a business system that is innovative.

As CEO, and Project Manager, Mark works both on and off site. He is an experienced trade carpenter, and can often be seen working on projects. He believes strongly in working along with trades to enhance his construction knowledge. This he believes is vital to successfully managing the operation of the company.

Ron Sanders
Finish Carpenter

Ron has over 25 years construction experience. He began as a cabinet maker, and progressed thereafter into custom homebuilding, renovations, and home repairs. Ron's area of expertise include custom cabinetry, finish and rough carpentry, kitchens & bathrooms, tiling, and painting. Over the years, he has worked on over 500 home renovation and repair projects.

John Sanders
Carpenter/Concrete Countertop Maker

John has worked well over 20 years in the construction industry in various fields - primarily carpentry and cabinet making. He is currently owner and operator of Concrete Living, a custom concrete countertop design company, which designs & builds specialty concrete countertops.
